How long does delivery take?
Sendle: Please allow up to 2-8 days to receive your order.
Australia Express: Please allow up to 2-5 days to receive your order.
How do I track my order and delivery status?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number and link to track your order online.
Can I add/remove some items to my existing order?
If your order hasn't been fulfilled, we are able to modify my order. Just send us a private message on Store Chat, Contact form or Email (keyhubstore@gmail.com).
Why won't I receive my order/shipping confirmation email?
If you haven’t received your order/shipping confirmation email, first check your email spam folder. Sometimes these emails can get stuck in there. If you’ve tried that and you still can’t find them, please contact the KeyHub team via Store Chat, Contact form or Email (keyhubstore@gmail.com).
